HR & B Hive provides HR, payroll coordination, bookkeeping, and administrative support services for small businesses.

Services may be offered as:

  • Month-to-month agreements requiring a minimum 30-day written notice for cancellation or modification,

  • Long-term service agreements (e.g., extended contracts) which also require a minimum 30-day written notice for cancellation or modification, or

  • One-time service agreements, depending on client needs

Specific services, pricing, and scope will be outlined in a separate written agreement (such as a Service Agreement, Statement of Work, or similar document).

2. Client Responsibility & Compliance

Clients retain full responsibility for:

  • All employment decisions

  • Compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws

  • The accuracy and completeness of all information provided

HR & B Hive provides administrative support and HR guidance only and does not replace legal, tax, or regulatory professionals. Clients are encouraged to consult a licensed attorney, CPA, or other qualified professional for advice specific to their business.

3. HR Services Disclaimer

HR & B Hive provides administrative HR support and general guidance based on best practices. We do not provide legal advice or guarantee compliance with all employment laws. For legal matters, clients should consult a qualified employment attorney.

4. Payroll Services Disclaimer

HR & B Hive provides payroll coordination and administrative support, including working with third-party payroll providers where applicable. We do not provide tax filing or tax payment services unless explicitly stated in writing.

Clients are responsible for verifying payroll accuracy and ensuring all payroll tax obligations are properly handled.

5. Bookkeeping Services Disclaimer

HR & B Hive provides bookkeeping and financial organization services, including transaction tracking and reporting. We do not provide tax preparation, tax advice, or financial advisory services.

All financial reports are for informational purposes only and should be reviewed by a licensed CPA or financial professional when needed.

 
6. Compliance Disclaimer

While we assist with HR processes, documentation, and compliance support, HR & B Hive does not guarantee full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Ultimate responsibility for compliance remains with the client.

7. Payments & Fees

Clients agree to pay all fees as outlined in their service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services in accordance with these Terms.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

8. Service Acceptance and Termination Rights

HR & B Hive reserves the right to accept or decline service requests at its discretion. Submission of an inquiry, consultation, or service selection form does not guarantee acceptance of services.

 

To maintain service quality, compliance standards, and operational integrity, HR & B Hive may suspend or terminate services if a client:

  • Fails to provide necessary information, documentation, or cooperation required to perform services

  • Engages in or requests support for activities that may violate applicable laws or regulations

  • Does not follow agreed-upon processes, timelines, or compliance recommendations

  • Fails to remit payment in accordance with agreed terms

  • Provides inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information

 

Where appropriate, HR & B Hive will provide notice prior to service termination. However, services may be suspended or terminated immediately if necessary to mitigate legal, financial, or operational risk.

 

Termination of services does not relieve the client of any outstanding payment obligations for services rendered prior to the effective termination date.

9.Limitation of Liability

HR & B Hive provides administrative support services and makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HR & B Hive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services or website.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HR & B Hive, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of our services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your failure to comply with applicable laws

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of HR & B Hive or used with permission and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

12. User Conduct
