Welcome to HR & B Hive! I’m the Founder and Human Resources Specialist behind the business, and I’m proud to support the companies we partner with.
My journey into HR began on the sales floor, where I saw firsthand how people, communication, and collaboration directly impact a company’s success. Those early experiences shaped my understanding of workplace culture and reinforced the importance of providing meaningful support to both employees and leadership.
Over the years, I’ve built my career in Human Resources by helping teams navigate challenges, strengthen processes, and support leaders through growth, change, and the day-to-day realities of running a business. With nearly a decade of hands-on experience supporting both corporate organizations and small businesses, I bring a well-rounded perspective to every client I work with.
Working closely within a small business environment had the greatest impact on me. I saw how much business owners juggle HR responsibilities, compliance, documentation, and employee needs all while managing daily operations. That experience made it clear just how valuable accessible, reliable HR support truly is.

Welcome to HR & B Hive! I’m proud to serve as the Bookkeeping Specialist, leading the bookkeeping and operations side of our services.
My journey into this work started early growing up around the trades, watching my mom manage the office for a small local landscaping company in Florida. That same company became my first job, where I saw firsthand how much the backend of a business determines whether the work in the field runs smoothly.
Over the years, I’ve built my career supporting landscaping, construction, and field-based companies through bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll, job costing, and operational systems. Working closely within small and growing businesses had the greatest impact on me. I watched owners juggle financials, compliance, vendors, and administrative responsibilities all while managing daily operations, often without clear systems or reliable support.
That experience shaped how I approach this work: practical, structured, and built for real-world business demands.
At HR & B Hive, that background laid the foundation for everything I do. I focus on bringing clarity to the numbers, structure to operations, and systems that help businesses grow without added chaos.
