• No Refunds: All fees are non-refundable once services have been performed or billing has occurred.

Factors may include the number of employees, the completeness and accuracy of existing business records, whether systems and processes are already in place, or whether HR, payroll, and bookkeeping support needs to be built from the ground up.

Before final pricing is provided, HR & B Hive may complete a Pre-Onboarding Audit to better understand your current setup. This audit helps evaluate areas such as HR compliance practices, payroll setup and processes, document accuracy, record organization, and workflow efficiency.

After reviewing your business needs and audit findings, HR & B Hive provides a customized quote based on the scope of work required to support your business effectively.

Payments for our HR and bookkeeping services are processed monthly. Invoices are issued at the beginning of each billing cycle, and timely payment ensures uninterrupted service.
